The Department of Industry Promotion and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has released a format for registration of bidders from countries which share land borders with India. The registration granted by this Department shall be only for the purpose of bid participation under Rule 144(xi) of General Financial Rules, 2017.
The validity period of the registration shall be 12 months from the date of issue of registration letter.
