The MCA vide its notification dated 30 April 2020 has extended the time limit of filing of Form NFRA-2 for financial year 2018-19. Form NFRA-2 is the annual return to be filed by the statutory auditor of a company with the National Financial Reporting Agency (“NFRA”). NFRA-2 as per the latest notification needs to be filed before 9 July 2020 (i.e. 210 days from 9 December 2019, being the date of deployment of the form on the website of NFRA).
